water/sewer bills, you must set up an
additional payee for your MUD water/sewer payment, using the

payment using the following address: PO Box 7829, The
Woodlands, TX 77387-7829.

All customers wishing to participate
in the Direct Withdrawal Payment Program must agree,
complete, sign and return the Authorization
Agreement below as required by Federal Banking
Regulations.
